Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes you may have to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Please give us a minimum of 24 hours notice as it is very difficult to fill appointments at short notice.

When you book an appointment a deposit of approximately 50% will be taken. If you have given more than 24 hours notice your deposit can be refunded or carried over to your next appointment. If you cancel at short notice or fail to turn up you will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of your appointment which will be deducted from your deposit.

We will do our best not to cancel or rearrange your appointments and to run to time. We really appreciate you doing the same. If you are running late we will do our best to fit you in but we may not always be able to provide the full service or treatment.
